Orders and Payments
You must be over 18 years or older to purchase anything on this site.
Credit Card Payments – Upon successful payment, your order is generally starts to process within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Address – All orders will be shipped to the billing address of payment card.
Processing – All orders will be verified for billing information provided by our customers. To avoid order cancellation, please ensure that your billing address matches the shipping address. Once paid, it is usually shipped within 2-5 business days and a shipping update / tracking number will be sent. In some cases it make longer but those are usually rare circumstances. We will post a store notice banner on the home page if these circumstances are known in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
We do not ship on weekends or if a postal holiday falls on a week day. Orders received on those days usually ship the following business day.
We ONLY ship to the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and AFO/APO. No international orders accepted.
Saturday Deliveries – We do not offer Saturday Deliveries nor is it guaranteed in any circumstances. Shipping carrier days are based on business days, Monday to Friday.
USPS First Class Shipping – 15.9 oz and under, tracking included. Usually arrives in 3-10 days
USPS Priority Mail – Up to 3.0 lbs, tracking included. Usually arrives in 2-4 business days
UPS Ground – 3.0 lbs and over, tracking included. Usually arrives in 2-10 business days
UPS 3 Day / 2nd Day / Next Day – Any weight, tracking included. Delivery window starts the next business day after UPS receives the order (after our processing time)
Returns can be requested no more than 7 days after delivery date (determined by the tracking ID) of the product. If there is no tracking or if a delivery date is unavailable, then a return can be requested no later than 14 days after the order date.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless otherwise determined by explicit communication from us). Contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without obtaining an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Item(s) must be unopened, undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise determined by explicit communication from us.
