AR Enhanced Castle Nut & Extended Quick Disconnect QD End Plate

Strike Back and improve the look and aesthetics of your rifle or pistol with this AR Enhanced Castle Nut & Extended End Plate. It will make your .223/5.56, .308/7.62 or .300 BLK (as well as many others) system stand out among the crowd. The lengthened  steel castle nut will match the extended end plate, which supports more of the receiver tube stock extension’s threaded area. Featuring a Quick Disconnect QD female mount, it is compatible with may QD rifle slings on the market today. This allows weapons manipulations in tight spaces and under stress, without the startling pain that can result from a pinched hand when using a sling attached to a standard, flat QD end plate.

Now featuring an hex screw that allows adjustable tension to be placed on the rear take down pin spring! Also helps keep the spring in place during assembly. No more smashed or bent springs!

Note: The extended castle nut is long enough to prevent locking in the first position in some stocks. However this helps prevent pinching and/or snagging of slings by opening up the area. The castle nut was meant to be installed using an adjustable or fixed spanner wrench. A traditional Ar multi-tool or wrench can work but may cause damage to the castle nut.

Fits on commercial or mil-spec buffer tubes.

Please Note: Due to dimensional tolerances between some Industries manufacturer’s receiver extension collar lengths and differing amount of true threads on various buffer tubes, some may experience difficulties installing.
