Constructed of USA made billet aluminum, this exquisite item features an combined brass deflector/ forward assist, allowing the cross section to be slim and helps prevent equipment snags. The flat top picatinny tactical rail system is manufactured to mil-spec standards and is a low  profile rail height that aligns with many of the modern 308 / AR-10 / 7.62 low profile handguards (especially ours!) . Black anodized finish. Fits on any standard .308 lower receiver (pins not included). Accepts many popular low profile hand guards (including DPMS, etc) and barrel nuts. Made in the USA.
