Orders and Payments
When an order is placed, we verify and reserve inventory for you before asking for any payment. Currently, we accept payments through Paypal Email Invoices and your reserved inventory is held for approximately 3 business days. We will then email you a paypal invoice. After that, your order contents are put back into our general inventory. Your order is not cancelled and there is always a chance your requested order is still available. If you need a longer hold time, simply contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Processing – All orders will be verified for billing information provided by our customers. To avoid delays in processing, please ensure that your Paypal Verified Address matches the delivery address. Once paid, a shipping update and tracking number will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
You must be over 18 years old to purchase anything on this site.
All orders where confirmed payment is received before 12:00 Noon, are shipped that day, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or if a postal holiday falls on a weekday. Orders received on those days ship the following business day.
We ship to the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and AFO/APO.
USPS First Class Shipping – 15.9 oz and under, tracking included, arrives in 3-10 days.
USPS Priority Mail – 1.0 lbs and over, tracking included. Guaranteed to arrive in 2-4 business day, Saturdays excepted
Local Pickup – Local Las Vegas, NV orders can choose to pick up orders at our designated location. Availability and times vary and it may be faster to receive the order via delivery!
Returns can be requested no more than 7 days after delivery date (determined by the tracking ID) of the product. If there is no tracking or if a delivery date is unavailable, then a return can be requested no later than 14 days after the order date.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless otherwise determined by explicit communication from us). Contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without obtaining an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Item(s) must be unopened, undamaged and in resellable condition. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise determined by explicit communication from us.
